  1. WEEk 14 Date of teaching: Monday December 4th 2023 English 1–Period 23 FUN TIME 2 Part 1, 2 I. OBJECTIVES: 1. Language focus/ Knowledge: - Sounds /i/ (letter i) and /e/ (letter e) - Vocabulary: chicken, chips, fish, milk, bell, pen, pencil and red 2. Competences: - Identify the letters i and e and the sounds they have learnt - Identify some learnt words bell, pen, pencil, red, chips and fish. - Say the sounds and words with correct pronunciation. 3. Attitude: -Actively participate in activities with their classmates in pairs, groups or class. Educate Ss to become studious and obedient students; love learning English II. TEACHING AIDS: - Pictures, E- book, computer , projector, pictures, recording. III. PROCEDURE: Teacher’s activities Students’ activities Activity 1:Warm up:5’ -Help ss to be eager and happy to begin the new lesson. -Stick some flashcards including some pictures of the words from Unit 5 and 6 on the board. Competences: - Critical Thinking: self-introduce - Co-operation: ready to help friends in pair work/ group work. - Self-control and independent learning: perform listening tasks. 3. Attitude/ Qualities: - Kindness: Help partners to complete learning tasks.
